Please note: All prices and fees listed on this website are prices fees for Cash Only / Private Pay clients. Fees for sessions that are invoiced to insurance companies are invoiced at different rates.
AYPC is now in network with Physicians Health Plan (PHP) of Northern Indiana which is transitioning to Vãlenz Care, Parkview Health Plan Policies (Signature Care – PPO and Parkview Value Plus “PVP” Network), Lutheran Preferred, Three Rivers Preferred +, Lutheran Advanced, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO, HMO, Indemnity/Traditional/Standard policy types), and Optum.
At Your Pace Counseling, LLC offers a sliding fee scale for households that meet our criteria. The
sliding fee scale is offered to a fixed number on clients and is based on income for the whole
household for those clients. Please contact our Office Manager at wroberson@aypc.email to see if
AYPC is accepting applications for the sliding fee scale. (If AYPC is not accepting applications
for the sliding fee scale, your name will be put on a waiting list.)
From time to time At Your Pace Counseling, LLC may raise the rates for services
offered due to inflation, the increase of overhead costs, the increase of the cost of living, or
other similar reasons. Before raising the rates for services, At Your Pace Counseling, LLC will notify clients at least 90 days prior of the rate increase.
The sliding fee scale is based on household income, therefor At Your Pace Counseling, LLC will
request a copy of the most recent tax return for all individuals in the household and/or paycheck
stubs for the last 90 days from all individuals in the household.
